Okay, I had gotten this amazing idea for a thread between Carlisle and I, but when I went to go write it, I realized there is no Hospital. How can Carlisle work there if there is no there to speak of?

Like in the book by Stephanie Meyer, Bella and Jacob are constantly at odds with one another over her safety via the Cullens, and the fact that she took Edward Cullen back so fast.
The Cullen's and Quileute Werewolves have been hunting the Redhead Nomad, Victoria, seperately, trying not to involve one another in their own persuits.
