So far it has only been a few years since little Renesmee Cullen was born. Although, she isn't that little anymore. She's turned into a blossoming young 16 year old. The Cullen's had left their home in Forks, Washington to travel a bit, but now they're back, and have a completely new awakening. While they were gone, the Volturi ripped through town. Now the near empty town is practically overrun by vampires and there are barely any humans still brave enough to be living here. Even in the turmoil, Nessie has begun spending more time with Jacob, much to the dismay of her father.
On the wolves territory, though, Sam's and Jacob's pack have been fighting constantly. Since Jacbob is spending more and more time with Nessie, he's been neglecting his rights as leader in his pack. With no leader, his pack has had to fight off Sam's pack, and are now constantly being pushed off the land they had once called home. But that's the least of their worries. Other shifters have entered the town and not all of them are wolves...
Since the Cullen's arrival back home, they've been getting threats from the Volturi, trying to get them to give up Nessie. With another war of the supernaturals coming on, the Cullen's will have to find a way to join the brawling wolf packs as well as the other shifters, and make alliences to them and the other creatures that have decided to call Forks home, before the Volturi make another house call... which very well may be very, very soon...
